Advance your healing skills in this Level II Usui/Holy Fire Reiki class. This training is for Reiki students who have successfully completed Level I Reiki (any style or lineage). This class includes Holy Fire Reiki and integrates traditional Japanese and Western Usui Reiki healing methods.

- Live online class sessions with Mary Riposo, PhD, RMT via Zoom
- An attunement (placement) to Reiki Level II

- In person and online session techniques
- Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Usui Sensei
- The background and history of Reiki
- The 5 element system of Reiki
- The Reiki II symbols & how to use them
- Distant Reiki techniques
- Imbuing objects and spaces with Reiki
- Meditation techniques
The course is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
